Instructor Certification

What is a Certified Instructor?

A Certified Instructor for the Great Behavior Breakdown Program can instruct classes to assist parents and professionals struggling with 27 of the most difficult behaviors displayed by children with trauma histories. As a Certified Instructor you will be recognized by Post Institute and Associates, LLC as a knowledgeable and skilled trainer. Therefore we will list your name according to your geographical area on our site as well as assist you in marketing 2 classes per year.

This class will provide you with an extensive power point presentation, an instructors manual and a certificate of certification. It will also review all of the components and provide tools to assist you in instructing successful classes. Such as; lecturing techniques to make the class your own, set-up & material checklists, marketing ideas and strategies, and access to other materials that support your class.

We take your success very seriously and have put many additional supports in place. You will be able to access us for support through individual and group coaching and ongoing training. See below for more details.

Frequently asked Questions:

What is the Coaching Certification?
This is a higher level certification in which we will endorse people to provide coaching services to parents that need additional assistance.

Do I Need CEU’s?
12 continuing education hours of education through the Post Institute. All certification hours will be covered while you are in the continued support program.

What if I change my mind about the continued support?
If you decided during your first year you will no longer receive the benefits provided through the support program and your name will be removed from our certification list.

How long do I have to participate in the continued support?
1 year at a minimum. This does not include the 12 certified hours of continuing education through the Post Institute.

Can my certification be revoked?
Your certification will not be revoked unless there has been a major infringement or disregard for the ethics upheld by this program. In most cases our goal is to support, teach and assist you in providing the highest quality of services.

Do I have to take continued education Classes?
Absolutely, we believe that repetition is the key towards making a paradigm shift as well as for your own personal growth.

Will I be able to work with Bryan Post?
He consistently oversees all of his programming and will assist and/or directly provide you with feedback and continued education through a milieu of modalities.

Is there Quality Assurance?
Yes, to hold this program at the highest standards and ensure the nature of the program is upheld there will be periodic reviews. Thus your certification will held in high regard.
